Linda is the founder and principal designer of Salon Balayage, has had over 20 years of experience in hair. She was trained at the L'Oreal Institute of Technology in London, and is also certified in the La Brasiliana treatment. She trained at the L'Oreal Acamdemy in New York City, and obtained a certification for balayage highlighting . She speaks English, Vietnamese and Chinese, and is one of the most requested stylists in the Washington, D.C. area.
